From London or Brighton:

Take Exit 10 off the M23, follow direction East Grinstead, on passing the Esso Petrol station on the right, take the first left off the roundabout, follow past the Effingham Copthorne Hotel and at the junction, turn left, then 1st right into Dowlands Lane. Dowlands Lane is a little before the pub you will see ahead on the left.

Travel straight down the Lane, around the bend to the right and look out for entrance to the Business Park on the next bend. Please ring the intercom bell marked Douglas Frost to open the gates.
